Rashtriya Adhivakta Manch

राष्ट्रीय अधिवक्ता मंच — एक राष्ट्र • एक अधिवक्ता समाज • एक पेशेवर मंच

Advocacy • Justice • Welfare • Knowledge • Constitution • Technology • Nation Building

Uniting advocates across the Supreme Court of India, 25 High Courts, and over 700 District and Sub-divisional Bars into an empowered, ethical, and collaborative institutional ecosystem.

Foundational Principle

"No advocate should remain professionally isolated."

"किसी भी अधिवक्ता को केवल इसलिए पेशेवर रूप से अलग-थलग महसूस नहीं करना चाहिए क्योंकि वह किसी स्थापित विधिक परिवार से नहीं आता या किसी बड़े महानगरीय न्यायालय में वकालत नहीं करता।"

01. Foundational Purpose

Why Rashtriya Adhivakta Manch Exists

The Indian legal profession operates across an expansive geographic, economic, and procedural landscape. While constitutional dictums emanate from appellate courtrooms in New Delhi and state capitals, the overwhelming majority of citizen disputes and fundamental rights enforcement occur at the grassroots level in over 700 District and Sub-divisional Bars.

Historically, first-generation practitioners, rural advocates, and trial court lawyers have faced steep procedural, technological, and welfare divides. Rashtriya Adhivakta Manch (RAM) was established to bridge these structural divides—creating a national conduit through which appellate research, continuing legal education, distress welfare funds, and fraternal mentorship reach every practitioner regardless of lineage or court tier.
